Support to access carers rights, benefits, advice, emotional support, general information and referral to other agencies.

Community Support Groups
Monthly support groups where you can meet other carers and receive one to one help from a Community Support Worker.
Young Adult Carers (17-30 years)
General advice and individual support. Meet other young adult carers at the monthly support group and also at different activities e.g. creative activities, day trips. We also run self development courses such as employability skills, budgeting and confidence building.
Support for Refugee, Migrant and Newly Arrived Communities
Access to a range of services and dedicated 1-1 support from bi-lingual staff and volunteers.
Older Carers Support Services
Comprehensive support to older carers, particularly those frail, isolated and house-bound. We can provide many of our services in the home including practical support from our volunteer befrienders.
Working For Carers Project
Supports unpaid carers aged 25 years plus, who are considering employment, education/training and volunteering. Carers can access advice and support through 1-2-1 support or group workshops e.g. Confidence Building, Your Rights As A Carer.
Health & Wellbeing Activities
Stimulate physical and mental health and wellbeing with our regular activities such as Tai Chi, Chair Based Exercise and Card Making, as well as a range of events and social and learning opportunities throughout the year.
Free Complementary Therapies
Up to one hour massage session for carers helping them to relax and encourage physical well-being.
Training and Self Development Courses
RCSS offers a wide range of learning opportunities for carers, including health and wellbeing courses.

Our newsletter is packed with the latest in health and social care news, plus real life stories and information about our events and activities. All carers registered with RCSS receive our newsletter, The Redbridge Carer, free of charge via e-mail or post.
