Working in partnership with key outside organisations, to ensure both you and the person you care for are on the right support pathway. Our dementia support is for adult carers of any age.
Home Visits If you are home bound we can visit you, to provide advice and information on your rights as a carer and refer you to statutory services, including Adult Social Services, to ensure that you are accessing the support that you are entitled to. We are aware that many home bound carers may not have the opportunity to speak up about their circumstances.
